DRAPER 2 & 3 FALL FESTIVAL

The annual Fall Festival will be held on Friday, September 13 in the Draper 2 gyms and on the soccer field between the Draper 2 and Draper 3 campuses from 5pm to 8pm. MANY VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED AT THE EVENT AND NEXT WEEK. WATCH FOR THE SIGNUP GENIUS LINK SOON.

For cash or check payment options you will have to go and pay at the D2 school during pre-sale hours 7:30am to 8:30am each school day morning and 1:30-3 on Wed/Thurs / 2:30-4 on Mon/Tues/Fri from August 30 – September 10

Wristbands for students can be purchased in advance for $8 or at the door for $10. The wristband gets your student an all-access pass to bounce houses, obstacle courses, a mechanical bull, rock wall, photo booth, and carnival games. You can also purchase a family pass for $40 for up to 6 students in your immediate family for advance purchase ONLY. Other activities include face painting, henna, karaoke, and a dunk tank. Clubs, teams, and organizations will be selling burgers, hot dogs, pizza, popcorn, bake sale items, soda, cotton candy, ice cream and snow cones. These other activities and items for sale are not included with a wristband purchase, however you can purchase them with tickets.

Tickets = $1 per ticket. Tickets buy vendor items not listed in the wristband price; this is a FUNDRAISER for our athletic and fine arts teams:

Bake sale costs 1 to 5 tickets
Dunk Tank costs 2 to 5 tickets
Popcorn 2 tickets
Cotton Candy 2 tickets
Dirty soda 2 to 6 tickets
Snow cones 3 tickets
 

Meal tickets will be for $8. Get your choice of a hamburger, cheeseburger, hot dog, cheese pizza, or pepperoni pizza meal with chips and a bottle of water or soda for just $8. Meal tickets must be purchased, in advance, by Tuesday, September 10 at 8pm. Meals will be available in limited quantities at the event for $10.

Volunteers will be at the Draper 2  campus from 7:30am to 8:30am and 1:30-3 on Wed/Thurs and 2:30-4 on Mon/Tues/Fri from August 30 – September 10 if you would prefer to use cash or checks to purchase wristbands and meal tickets.

Thank you for your support of APA and our Foundation! Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the individual groups/clubs/teams/organizations that are running their activities and/or food sales as well as our Draper schools and the APA Teaching Excellence Fund.
